摘要
在明确军校学员领导力基本概念的基础上,结合国内外相关研究成果,给出军校学员领导力评价指标体系,对领导力评价系统进行总体设计和分析,为构建军校学员领导力评价系统提供技术准备。军校学员领导力评价系统可以为院校和部队评价学员领导力水平提供工具支撑,同时为院校对人才按需培养、区分人才、人尽其用提供数据参考。
On the basis of defining the basic concept of cadet leadership in military academy,combining with relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper gives the evaluation index system of cadets' leadership in military academies,and makes a general design and analysis of the leadership evaluation system.To provide technical preparation for the construction of cadet leadership evaluation system.The evaluation system of cadets' leadership in military academies can provide tool support for the evaluation of cadets' leadership level in academies and troops,at the same time,it can provide data reference for colleges and universities to train talents according to their needs,to distinguish talents and to use themas best as possible.
