摘要
文章将基于ADDIE-F的微课教学设计模式应用到高职职业技能培训课程中,给出培训需求分析、方案设计、实施、反馈、评估等环节的具体措施,希望能为教师设计与制作微课提供一些指导与帮助,发挥微课良效,推动教师的专业发展。
The articles will be based on the ADDIE-F micro teaching design pattern is applied to higher vocational vocational skills training courses,training needs analysis,program design,implementation,feedback,evaluation of specific measures are given,which hope to provide some guidance for teaching design and production of micro and help,play micro fine effect,promote teachers’ professional development.
