摘要
现在的食品科学与工程专业人才培养方案中,仍存在有理论课程起主导作用、课程结构中工科类课程偏少、校内学习与行业实践脱节,这导致学生学习积极性不高,培养出的人才无法满足社会的需求。对此,文章分析认为校企共建实验室可以弥补工程教育认证中高校实验条件的不足,并建议在人才培养方案的制订中,依托校企共建实验室,把握好培养目标,实现不同层次专业课程的有机整合和实践环节的多元化开展。
To talent training mode of food science and engineering,theoretical course plays a dominant role,and engineering courses are less in curriculum structures.School learning is disjointed with industry practice.All those are made against students’ learning enthusiasm,and cultivate talents cannot meet the needs of the society.In this regard,the article analyzes that school enterprise co-construction laboratory can make up for the talent training mode,some suggestions are given in talent training mode according to the established laboratories,such as a good grasp of the training objectives,diversification of different curriculum,and organic integration of practices.
