摘要
地面设施优化简化是油田降本增效的重要举措,而功图量油技术则是其中关键一环。本文在对冀东油田陆上油田作业区的部分抽油机井产液量进行长期跟踪研究的基础上,详细调研分析了其它功图量油技术的优缺点,对现用软件进行了研发和升级,完善了故障功图样本库,增加了故障诊断等技术手段,并结合大数据分析,设计开发了一套基于神经网络的示功图量液与工况诊断软件模块。对陆上油田作业区的50口油井进行应用试验,结果表明,液量误差在20%以内的油井43口,单井液量符合率达到86%,满足自动化管理要求。
Optimization and simplification of surface facilities was an important measure to reduce cost and increase efficiency in oil fields. The technology of indicator diagram liquid volume measurement was one of the key links. On the basis of long-term follow-up study on the liquid production of some pumping wells in the lushang oil field of Jidong oilfield. The advantages and disadvantages of other Indicator diagram liquid volume Measurement technologies were investigated and analyzed in detail. The existing software was developed and upgraded to improve the sample library of fault power diagram and added technical means such as fault diagnosis. Based on the analysis of big data, a set of software module for measuring fluid and working condition diagnosis of indicator diagram based on neural network was designed and developed. Finally, the application test of 50 oil wells in the lushang oil field operation area showed that 43 oil wells with liquid error less than 20% had a single well liquid coincidence rate of 86%, which met the requirements of automatic management.
