摘要
以抽油机的地面示功图作为研究对象,构建抽油机井杆液运动学模型,消除了地面示功图中包含的杆柱变形、杆柱黏滞阻尼以及杆柱和液柱的振动和惯性等因素的影响,从而获得能够反映抽油泵工作状况的泵示功图;通过泵功图分析油井的当前井况,结合历史数据,进行油井的产液量综合分析,实现了油井产液量的计算。对安塞油田的207口不同工况的油井进行了计算分析,功图计产达标率91.78%,验证了示功图量油的适用性,基本上满足了抽油机井产量计量的精度要求。
This paper takes the ground dynamometer card of rod pumped wells as an example, and builds a dynamic model of rod pumped well in terms of rod, tube and fluid. This model can eliminate the problem of rod deformation, rod viscous damping and effects of column vibration and inertia for rod and liquid. Thus the pump dynamometer card, which could reflect the working conditions of the pump, can be obtained. By analyzing the current well condition of the pump dynamometer and a combination with the historical data, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the liquid production of the well, and the liquid production can be calculated. For verification of its rationality, this paper conducts a deep analysis of Ansai oilfield, and the output rate of the dynamometer was 91.78%. Experiments certificate the feasibility of output metering with dynamometer card and meet the measurement accuracy of output calculation for rod pumped wells.
