摘要
目的探讨髓系来源免疫抑制性细胞(MDSC)在胃腺癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况。方法采集50例胃腺癌患者和30例健康体检者的外周血标本,分别作为观察组和对照组,取29例观察组患者胃腺癌组织和癌旁组织的标本,流式细胞仪检测两组受试者外周血和观察组患者胃腺癌组织和癌旁组织中,MDSC粒细胞来源(G-MDSC)和单核细胞来源(M-MDSC)两个表型的相对表达量。结果观察组患者外周血G-MDSC的相对表达量高于对照组受试者,观察组患者胃腺癌组织中G-MDSC的相对表达量为高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。但两组患者外周血M-MDSC相对表达量,及观察组患者胃腺癌组织和癌旁组织中M-MDSC相对表达量的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论 G-MDSC在胃腺癌患者外周血及肿瘤组织中相对表达量均升高,可能参与胃腺癌细胞的免疫逃逸过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of myeloid-derived suppressor cell(MDSC)in the gastric adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues.Method The peripheral blood specimens of adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues from 50 patients with gastric adenocarcinoma and 30 normal healthy volunteers were collected as study group and control group,respectively,29 specimens in study group were examined with flow cytometry to determine the relative expression of granulocyte-like myeloid derived suppressor cells(G-MDSC)and monocytic-myeloid derived suppressor cells(MMDSC).Result Compared with the control group,the relative expression of G-MDSC in the peripheral blood of study group was significantly increased,and was also higher than that in adjacent normal tissues,showing statistically significant difference(P<0.05).While the relative expression of M-MDSC between the two groups and between the study group gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues was of no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion G-MDSC are highly expressed in the peripheral blood and tumor tissues of patients with gastric adenocarcinoma,and may be involved in the immune escape of gastric adenocarcinoma cells.
