摘要
海洋社会组织是实现海洋社会管理创新与建设海洋强国的重要力量。海洋生态治理是应对我国日益严重的海洋环境问题的重要制度选择;在构建海洋公共管理体系时,不可忽略海洋类社会组织的重要参与作用。本文梳理了海洋类社会组织的发展现状、困境以及相应的对策,为构建完善的海洋生态治理体系探索一条适合中国国情的合作治理道路。
Marine social organizations are an important force in realizing marine social management innovation and building a maritime power.Marine ecological management is an important institutional choice to deal with China's increasingly serious marine environmental problems.In the process of constructing a marine public governance system,the important participation role of marine social organizations cannot be ignored.From a global perspective,marine social organizations have played an important role in participating in the process of marine ecological governance.This paper combs through the development status,dilemma and corresponding countermeasures of marine social organizations.In order to build a perfect marine ecological management system,we will explore a cooperative governance path that suits China’s national conditions.
