布鲁氏杆菌病检测技术研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 布鲁氏杆菌(Brucellosis),是由革兰阴性、兼性细胞内寄生的布鲁氏细菌(Brucella)引起的人兽共患和传染-变态反应性疾病,是我国《传染病防治法》中规定报告的乙类传染病。动物布鲁氏杆菌病主要表现为流产,人布鲁氏杆菌病的主要临床表现为发热、多汗、肌和骨关节疼痛、乏力等。本文以布鲁氏杆菌病检测技术研究进展展开综述。 Brucellosis is a kind of zoonotic and infectious-allergic diseases, which was caused by gram-negative, facultative parasitic bacteria of brucella, but also the provisions of the report of the class B of infectious diseases in China’s “Infectious Disease Prevention and Control law”. The manifestation of animal brucellosis was mainly abortion, the main clinical manifestation of human brucellosis were fever, sweating, muscle and bone and joint pain, fatigue and so on. The paper focused on advances in detection techniques of Brucellosis.
