摘要
目的观察肺癌组织中叉头框K1(FOXK1)、脊椎蛋白2(SPON2)蛋白表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法收集手术切除的81例肺癌及其癌旁组织标本,用免疫组化法检测组织中FOXK1与SPON2蛋白表达,用Spearman等级相关分析FOXK1与SPON2蛋白表达的相关性,分析FOXK1与SPON2蛋白阳性表达与患者临床病理参数及预后的关系。结果肺癌组织中FOXK1、SPON2蛋白阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织(P均<0. 05)。肺癌组织中FOXK1蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0. 05),而与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤病理类型、分化程度、大小无关(P均> 0. 05); SPON2蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤病理类型、分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0. 05),而与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P均> 0. 05)。肺癌组织中FOXK1与SPON2的蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0. 588,P=0. 000)。肺癌组织中FOXK1、SPON2蛋白阳性表达患者的无进展生存率、无进展生存期均低于阴性表达患者(P均<0. 05)。结论肺癌组织中FOXK1、SPON2蛋白均呈高表达,二者可能协同参与了肺癌的发生发展,影响患者预后。
Objective To observe the changes of protein expression of forkhead box K1(FOXK1)and Spondin 2(SPON2)in the lung cancer tissues and to explore their clinical significance.Methods Eighty-one paraffin sections of lung cancer tissues and adjacent cancer tissues excised by surgery were collected.The protein expression of FOXK1 and SPON2 was detected by immunohistochemical method.The correlation between protein expression of FOXK1 and SPON2 was analyzed by spearman rank correlation,and the relationship between the positive expression of FOXK1 and SPON2 protein and the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of patients was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of FOXK1 and SPON2 were significantly higher in the lung cancer tissues than in the adjacent tissues(both P<0.05).In the lung cancer tissues,the positive expression of FOXK1 was related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(both P<0.05),but not related to gender,age,pathological type,histologic differentiation,or tumor size(all P>0.05);the positive expression of SPON2 was related to degree of histologic differentiation,pathological type,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05),but not related to gender,age,or tumor size(all P>0.05).The protein expression of FOXK1 and SPON2 in the lung cancer tissues was positively correlated(r=0.588,P=0.000).Patients with positive expression of FOXK1 and SPON2 had poorer progressive-free survival rate and progressive-free survival time than patients with negative expression(both P<0.05).Conclusion The protein expression of FOXK1 and SPON2 is high expressed in the lung cancer tissues,and they may be collaboratively involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer and affect the prognosis of patients.
