摘要
生鲜农产品是有生命的动物性与植物性产品,尤其注重"绿色物流",物流运输过程中要防止农产品被污染或变质,因此对物流效率提出了更高的要求。以湖南省2007-2015物流效率测量的面板数据,分别从基础设施、供给总量等11个方面构建指标评价体系。利用灰色关联模型分析湖南省生鲜农产品物流效率得分排名情况。结果表明:影响生鲜农产品物流效率最重要的因素分别为物流需求、基础设施、运作水平、消费率、人均收入水平,据此提出促进湖南省生鲜产品物流配送效率提升的对策建议。
Fresh agricultural products are living animals and plant products, which depend heavily on “green logistics”. In the process of logistics transportation, it is necessary to prevent pollution or deterioration of agricultural products. Therefore, higher requirements are put forward for logistics efficiency. Based on the panel data of logistics efficiency of Hunan Province from 2007 to 2015, an index evaluation system was built from 11 aspects such as infrastructure and total supply. The grey relational model was used to analyze the score and ranking of logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products in Hunan Province. The results show that the most important factors affecting the logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products are logistics demand, infrastructure, operation level, consumption rate, and per capita income level, based on which countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products in Hunan Province.
