摘要 实践教学是动物医学专业人才培养的重要组成部分,是地方性应用型大学转型建设的核心内容之一,在国内外疫情频发大背景下具有迫切的现实意义。本校首先通过优化实践教学内容、加强师资队伍建设、综合培养学生的创新能力等建立了校内的实践教学体系,其次通过加强校外实习基地的建设、设立"双导师"制度、加强实习互动交流、完善实践教学评价体系等建立了校外的实习实践体系;长效机制的构建激发了学生学习的积极性、主动性,提高了学生的实践能力、创新能力,实现了学校、学生和企业的共赢,具有很好的应用和推广价值。 Practical teaching is an important training of animal medicine professionals and one of the core contents of the transformation in local applied universities.It has important practical significance under the background of frequent epidemics at home and abroad.Firstly,through optimizing the content of practical teaching,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and cultivating students' innovative ability comprehensively,the school has established a practical teaching system in school.Secondly,it has established an off-campus practical teaching system by strengthening the construction of off-campus practice bases, establishing a “double tutor” system,strengthening the interaction and exchange of practice,and improving the evaluation system of practical teaching.Construction of long-effect mechanism stimulates students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning and improves students' practical and innovative abilities,realizes the win-win situation of schools,students and enterprises,and has good application and promotion value.
