摘要
应用大型有限元软件ABAQUS,建立方钢管柱-H型钢梁端板连接的三维有限元模型,考虑了几何非线性、材料非线性和接触非线性,均采用拟静力加载方式进行分析.试件模型为两个系列,一个为端板加劲肋厚度系列,另一个为在设置端板加劲肋条件下的柱壁厚度系列,通过ABAQUS的分析得到其滞回曲线、骨架曲线、能量耗散系数.模拟结果分析表明:加劲肋的设置与柱壁的厚度对节点性能的影响较大,通过数据分析对比,本文给出此节点的构造设计建议,即端板应设置加劲肋,其厚度稍大于梁的腹板厚度,而柱壁厚度建议8-10mm.
The large-scale finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of the square steel tube column-H-shaped steel beam end plate connection.Considering geometric nonlinearity,material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity,the quasi-static loading method was used for analysis.The test piece model has two series,one is the end plate stiffener thickness series,and the other is the column wall thickness series under the condition of setting the end plate stiffener.The hysteresis curve,skeleton curve and energy dissipation coefficients are obtained by ABAQUS analysis.The simulation results show that the setting of the stiffener and the thickness of the column wall have a great influence on the performance of the joint.Through the data analysis and comparison,this paper gives the structural design suggestion of this joint,that is,the end plate should be provided with stiffeners,the thickness of which is slightly larger than the beam.The thickness of the web is recommended,and the thickness of the column wall is recommended to be 8-10 mm.
