装配式方钢管柱 - H型钢梁节点抗震性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 提出一种通过槽钢-盖板连接的装配式方钢管柱-H型钢梁连接节点,对足尺试件进行了低周往复加载试验和数值模拟,讨论了外伸槽钢长度、盖板厚度对节点性能的影响,分析节点的破坏模式,对比分析节点的承载力、滞回性能、耗能能力、延性以及刚度退化等抗震性能指标。研究结果表明:试件通过盖板与槽钢间的滑移和盖板屈曲实现耗能,且能达到塑性铰外移的目的;通过增加连接盖板厚度,节点承载力提高了49.95%,而延性降低18.45%;而增加外伸槽钢长度对节点的承载力和延性影响较小。节点的梁柱相对转角均超过0.035 rad,等效黏滞阻尼系数均大于0.3,表明该新型装配式节点具有较好的抗震性能。 This paper proposes a fabricated square steel tubular column-H-beam joints connected by a channel-cover.The low-cycle reciprocating loading test and numerical simulation of the full-scale test specimens were carried out.The influence of the length of the overhanging channel and the thickness of the cover plate on the performance of the joint was discussed.The failure mode of the joint was analyzed,and the seismic performance indexes such as bearing capacity,hysteresis performance,energy dissipation capacity,ductility and stiffness degradation of the joints are compared and analyzed.The research results show that the test specimens realizes energy consumption through the slip between the cover plate and the channel steel and the buckling of the cover plate.All test specimens can achieve the purpose of plastic hinge external displacement;By increasing the thickness of the connecting cover,the bearing capacity of the joint is increased by 49.95%,and the ductility is reduced by 18.45%.The increase of the length of the overhanging channel has less influence on the bearing capacity and ductility of the joint.The relative rotation angle of the beam and column of the joint exceeds 0.035 rad,and the equivalent viscous damping coefficient is greater than 0.3,indicating that the new fabricated joint has better seismic performance.
