摘要 随着主动配电网技术的发展,可控负荷成为一种重要的调节资源,有巨大的应用潜力。针对目前配电网电压波动大、调节能力不足的现状,提出了一种基于可控负荷的主动式电压调节方法,以所有节点电压与安全运行电压下限差值之和最大为目标,并在目标函数中设置电压越限惩罚量,将电压调节功能建立为主动日前电压优化调度模型。根据用电需求和分布式能源出力特性,对系统内所有节点上的可控负荷制定优化用电计划,主动改善所有节点各时刻的运行电压,从而实现主动电压调节。通过对比仿真算例,验证了所提方法的有效性。 With the rapid development of active distribution network(ADN),controllable load is becoming a kind of important flexible regulating resource,which is appearing huge potential for ADN regulation application. At present,the voltage of ADN varies largely and lack of regulation capability. To solve these problems,an active voltage regulation method is proposed in this paper base on controllable load. This method is modeled as a day-ahead optimization model. The objective function is set to maximize the summary of differences among the voltage of system nodes and the voltage lower bound. In addition,a penalty function is introduced in the objective function to deal with the voltage over-limit of all the system nodes. Based on the power output of all the distributed generation in the system and the load on each node,an optimal power schedule of controllable load on each node could be obtained. Therefore,the voltages of all the nodes could be regulated actively so as to improve the voltage profile of ADN. Finally,the validity of the proposed method is verified by two comparison simulations.
