主动配电网电压分层协调控制策略 被引量:49

摘要 主动配电网中间歇式能源接入给配电网电压控制提出了更高需求。与此同时,可控分布式电源、储能装置及新型配电系统柔性交流输电设备等可控元素的加入在相当程度上增大了配电网电压控制复杂程度,使现有的控制方式受到了挑战。结合主动配电网可控元素复杂多样及控制结构灵活多变的特点提出了主动配电网电压分层协调控制策略。该策略基于配电网辐射状网架结构将控制区域划分为自治控制区域与协调控制区域两部分,并利用等效节点电压上下限指标区分控制边界,规避常规电压控制常见的调节振荡问题,在此基础上采用自上而下的方式,充分利用主动配电网有载调压变压器、分布式电源以及电容器等电压调节设备实现电压越限的调节,并通过算例仿真验证了该控制策略的有效性。 The intermittence of the renewable energy sources in active distribution network(ADN)has made a higher requirement for voltage control.At the same time,more controllable elements such as energy storage devices and distribution flexible AC transmission systems equipment have increased the complexity of voltage control,posing agreater challenge to the conventional voltage control strategy.A hierarchically coordinated voltage control strategy is proposed based on the complex controllable elements and flexible structure of ADN.The control framework is developed by referring to regional control and autonomous control as well as the radial structure of distribution network.The index of equivalent voltage level is also proposed to distinguish the control boundary,thus avoiding repetitive adjustment.On the basis of former indices,the strategy takes full advantage of voltage regulating equipment,such as on load tap changing transformer,capacitor,static var compensator and distribution energy resources to achieve voltage recovery.Finally,the robustness of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation.
