摘要 介绍了发电机轴电流的危害和监测手段。通过对发电机轴电流异常情况进行分析、排查,得出发电机励侧轴端与励磁罩壳气封碰磨、接地电刷处轴颈电蚀为轴电流异常的初始原因。在碰磨现象消失后,残余在轴端的金属物质与油封发生短路,在冷态启动时引起轴电流;同时,接地电刷处轴颈电蚀造成接地电刷接触不良,使得轴电流难以彻底消除。根据上述原因进行针对性处理,为发电机运行维护提供参考。 The hazards and monitoring methods of generator shaft current are introduced.Through the analysis and troubleshooting of the generator shaft current abnormality,the initial causes of the shaft current abnormality which are the generator side shaft end and the excitation shell air seal rubbing,and the journal electric corrosion at the grounding brush are obtained.After the rubbing phenomenon disappears,the metal material remaining at the shaft end is short-circuited wiTHthe oil seal,causing the shaft current to appear at the cold start;at the same time,the grounding brush is poorly contacted due to the journal erosion at the grounding brush,making the shaft current difficult to be completely eliminated.Targeted treatment for different reasons provide reference for generator operation and maintenance.
