摘要
针对当前港区侯工楼和职工宿舍内使用电阻热水器存在水电不分离、易结水垢等缺陷,提出新的电磁涡流加热的技术方案。基于电磁感应加热原理设计了一种电磁涡流快热式加热器模型,在不同功率和时间下对不同结构的加热器进行仿真与优化,通过试验进行验证。数值分析和试验结果表明,与当前电阻快热式热水器相比,在瞬时功率减小为5 kW时,通过设计预热水源与过流加热水进行混合也能满足沐浴要求;水电分离更加安全可靠。
In view of the shortcomings of non-separation of water and electricity and scale generation that the resistive water heaters bring,the heating technique based on eddy currents is put forward.A novel design of household electromagnetic eddy current fast heater is proposed.Simulation and optimization are carried out under different power and time for the heater with different structures.Experimental results validate the feasibility of the proposed design.The numerical analysis and experimental results show that,compared with the current domestic resistance fast heating water-heater,the mixture of preheated water and overflow heated water can meet the requirement of household bathing when power is decreased to 5 kW.Moreover,the separation of water and electricity improves the security.
