摘要
以100kW/18kHz的实验样机为例,分析并研究了感应热水机组进行电-热-水热交换过程中器件的电损耗及工程估算方法,设计出了电损耗转换为水热的技术方案,实现了电感应热水机组电-水热转换效率的提高。
This article analyses the electric ullage of the parts in inductive hot-water heaters by using the 100kW/18kHz experimental device as the example, which was generated in the process of electro-thermal conversion and thermo-hot water heating conversion. On the basis of engineering-estimated methods, a new device which could be used to convert the electric ullage to hot water by water cooling and a new way to improve the efficiency of thermo-hot water heating conversion come into being.
