摘要
目的观察肾阴虚型不孕症患者采用补肾活血中药联合芬吗通在治疗氯米芬促排卵时薄型子宫内膜的临床疗效。方法选取156例经促排卵3个周期未孕且排卵日(HCG日)内膜厚度<7mm的肾阴虚型薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各78例,两组均于月经来潮第3天口服氯米芬促排卵,研究组同时口服补肾活血中药,当卵泡直径≥14mm且内膜厚度<7mm时,两组均口服芬吗通治疗;连续观察3个周期,比较两组患者排卵日(HCG日)子宫内膜厚度、类型、血流、子宫动脉搏动指数、阻力指数及妊娠率。结果两组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度、类型、血流、子宫动脉搏动指数、阻力指数及妊娠率方面均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组在子宫内膜厚度、血流、子宫动脉搏动指数、阻力指数及妊娠率方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),而子宫内膜类型稍优于对照组(P>0.05)。结论补肾活血中药联合芬吗通可以在一定程度上改善肾阴虚型薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者的子宫内膜厚度、类型、血流,降低子宫动脉搏动指数和阻力指数,提高妊娠率。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Chinese medicine combined with Femoston on thin endometrium in clomiphene-induced ovulation in infertile patients with kidney yindeficiency.Methods:A total of 156 infertile patients with kidney yindeficiency type were not pregnant after 3 cycles of ovulation induction and their endometrial thickness on ovulation day was less than 7 mm.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observe group,78 patients in each group.All patients were given clomiphene on the third day of menstruation to stimulate ovulation.The patients of observe group were given Bushen Huoxue Chinese medicine at the same time.When the follicular diameter was≥14 mm and the thickness of endometrium was less than 7 mm,the patients of two groups were treated with Femoston orally,and continuously observed for three cycles.The endometrial thickness &type,blood flow,uterine artery pulsation index,resistance index on ovulation day(HCG day)and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the endometrial thickness & type,blood flow,uterine artery pulsation index,resistance index and pregnancy rate were significantly improved(P <0.05).The endometrial thickness,blood flow,uterine artery pulsation index,resistance index and pregnancy rate in the observe group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the type of endometrium was slightly better than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Bushen Huoxue Chinese medicine combined with Femoston can improve the endometrial thickness &type,blood flow,decrease uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index,and increase pregnancy rate in the infertile patients with thin type of endometrium and kidney-yin deficiency.
