摘要
目的探讨补肾活血组方对人流术后月经过少的疗效观察。方法 57例患者分为中药组和西药组,中药组服用补肾活血组方,西药组服用结合性雌激素片加醋酸甲羟孕酮片序贯疗法,治疗3个周期后进行治疗前后血清基础FSH(促卵泡生成激素、FSH/LH值效果评定。结果经中药组及西药组治疗后人流后月经量少患者卵巢储备功能均得到明显的改善,两组没有明显差异(P>0.05),但在患者症状改善方面中药组明显优于西药组(P<0.01)。结论补肾活血组方对于人工流产术后月经过少的疗效显著,值得推崇广。
Objective：To observe the efficacy observation of Bu Shen Huo Xue prescription in the treatment of hypomenorrhea after induced abortion.Methods： 57 cases of patients were divided into the TCM group and western medicine group.The TCM group took Bu Shen Huo Xue prescription,and the western medicine group was given conjugated estrogens tablets and medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets sequential therapy.After 3 cycles,serum FSH,and FSH/LH before and after the treatment were evaluated.Results： The ovarian reserve of both groups had obvious improvement without significant difference（P0.05）.But the improvement of symptoms of the TCM group was markedly better than that of the western medicine group（P0.01）.Conclusion： Bu Shen Huo Xue prescription has significant effect for the treatment of hypomenorrhea after induced abortion,and is worthy of wider application.
