摘要
准确了解回压改变过程中的响应时间对控压钻井的实施意义重大。以回压改变过程中的响应时间为研究对象,在刚性理论的基础上充分考虑井筒多相流动下气体流动参数沿井筒变化的实际情况,建立了回压响应时间的数学模型,分析了环空间隙、排量及套压对响应时间的影响。分析结果表明:考虑井筒气体流动参数变化后,回压响应时间明显延长;在大气侵量情况下,可适当增加井口回压,一者补偿了由于气侵造成的井底压力下降,二者井口回压的增加可以降低环空气体体积分数,缩短回压响应时间。所得结论有助于安全、高效地实现控压钻井技术。
Accurate understanding of the response time during the change of back pressure is of great significance for the implementation of MPD.Taking the response time in the process of back pressure change as the research object,based on the theory of rigidity,the actual situation of the gas flow parameter along the wellbore under the multi-phase flow of the wellbore is fully considered to establish the mathematical model of the backpressure response time.The effects of annular clearance,displacement and casing pressure on response time are analyzed.The analysis results show that the back pressure response time is obviously increased after considering the change of the gas flow parameters of the wellbore.In the case of large gas intrusion volume,the back pressure can be appropriately increased to compensate for the downhole pressure drop caused by gas intrusion,and decrease the gas volume fraction of the annular and reduce the back pressure response time.The study could help to achieve safe and efficient MPD technology.
