摘要
钻井过程中漏层的及时发现是减小产层损害、降低经济损失的有效手段。温度式(电缆加热式)钻井漏层位置测量仪,是一套基于传热学原理结合井漏发生特点研制的新型测漏仪。其工作原理为:井漏发生时漏失流体携走仪器集中加热的热量,通过下部温度变化识别检测漏层所在位置。对所研制的温度式钻井漏层位置测量仪器进行了室内应用性试验。结果表明,该仪器不仅能准确测量漏层位置,还能根据测点温度变化的快慢预测漏失量的大小,而且准确可靠,灵敏度高,反应迅速且不受背景噪声的影响。温度式钻井漏层位置测量仪的研制,为检测漏层位置提供了最直接可靠的技术支持。
It is necessary to find out a leaking layer while drilling in order to decrease net pay damage and economic loss during drilling. Wireline Heating Leaking Layer Detection Equipment is a new instrument to detect a leaking layer based on the features of leaking and principles of heat transfer. The principle of this equipment is through downstream temperature detection system to detect the leaking position. When leaking into the formation, the fluid would carry the heat from the wireline heating system. The results of this equipment in lab show that this equipment can predict the leaking position and also the leaking volume according to the changing speed of the temperature. This method is precise and reliable and not affected by noise. It offers a direct and reliable technical support for leaking detection.
