摘要
市场环境活跃多变,变革成为组织生存和发展的新常态,员工变革反应行为成为制约组织变革是否成功的重要影响因素。文章系统梳理了变革支持行为、变革沉默行为、变革抵制行为的相关研究成果,采用连续统一体理论,根据变革反应行为的积极性和消极性,以变革支持行为和变革抵制行为为两极,以变革沉默行为为中间地带,构建变革反应行为演化模型。最后,文章提出变革反应行为未来研究的三个命题,以期为变革反应行为的未来研究提供理论借鉴。
As the market environment being dynamic and changeable, organizational change has become a new normal. Change reaction behavior of employees is an important factor that influences the success of organizational change. This paper systematically summarizes the research results of the change supportive behavior, change silence behavior, and change resistance behavior. Based on above summary and continuum theory, this paper constructs the change reaction behavior evolvement model which, according to behaviors positivity and negativity, takes the change support behavior and the change resistance behavior as two poles with change silence behavior as the middle ground. Finally, this paper puts forward the prospects of future research, so as to provide theoretical references for future research in the field of change reaction behavior.
