摘要
文章根据赛事规则,使用碳纤维铺层方法,对一类大学生方程式汽车碳纤维半轴结构的参数进行了设计。基于Tsai-Wu准则,借助于ANSYS有限元分析软件对该碳纤维半轴结构进行变形校核及失效分析。文章对加工出的碳纤维半轴,通过扭转实验对其进行了强度校核。文章设计的碳纤维半轴具有转动惯量小、重量轻、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳及强度高的优点。
In this paper,according to the rules of the competition,the parameters of the carbon fiber half-axle structure of Formula Student China are designed by using the carbon fiber laying method.Based on Tsai-Wu criterion,the deformation checking and failure analysis of the carbon fiber semi-axle structure are carried out by means of ANSYS finite element analysis software.The strength of the processed carbon fiber semi-axle is checked by torsion test.The carbon fiber semi-axle designed in this paper has the advantages of small moment of inertia,light weight,corrosion resistance,fatigue resistance and high strength.
