摘要
采用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,对国外体育组织绩效评价研究现状进行梳理,旨在把握国外体育组织绩效评价研究脉络,探寻国外体育组织绩效评价最新动态,归纳总结出国外体育组织绩效评价研究特点,给予国内体育组织绩效评价以启示。研究结果表明:1)国外体育组织绩效评价主要聚焦于政府性体育组织与社会性(营利性与非营利性)体育组织两大领域。2)国外体育组织绩效评价具有众领域学者跨界体育、研究所涉领域宽泛多元、探析问题视角聚焦微观、所用研究方法新颖多元、趋向定量与定性相结合之势、成果偏向应用等特点。3)国内体育组织绩效评价存在问题及原因:学者来源囿于体育领域,单一学科领域理论、方法和技术面临挑战;研究领域范畴局限,布态不均衡;研究方法尚存滞后性,忽视国情与本土化匹配;理论与实证研究不均衡,指标体系缺乏普适性;城乡体育组织绩效评价研究差距悬殊,缺乏体育组织绩效评价外延研究。4)国外体育组织绩效评价对我国的启示主要有拓宽国内研究领域范畴;改进体育组织绩效评价研究方法;广纳贤良,鼓励外学科研究者渗入体育研究;后续研究成果应更加注重应用价值,彻底剥离“理论”与“应用”两层皮困窘。
By using the methods of literature research and logical analysis,this paper combs the research status of performance evaluation of foreign sports organizations,aiming at grasping the research context of performance evaluation of foreign sports organizations,searching for the latest development of performance evaluation of foreign sports organizations,summarizing the research characteristics of performance evaluation of foreign sports organizations,and giving enlightenment to the performance evaluation of domestic sports organizations.The results indicate that:1) The performance evaluation of foreign sports organizations mainly focuses on two areas:government sports organizations and social sports organizations (for-profit and non-profit).2) The performance evaluation of foreign sports organizations has the characteristics of cross-border sports by scholars in various fields,wide and diverse research fields,focusing on micro-perspective,novel and diverse research methods,tending to combine quantitative and qualitative research,and results biased application.3) The problems and reasons of performance evaluation of domestic sports organizations are as follows:scholars are confined to sports field,and the theories,methods and techniques of single discipline are facing challenges;research areas are limited and unbalanced;the research methods are still lagging behind,ignoring the matching of national conditions and localization;theoretical and empirical studies are unbalanced,and the index system lacks universality;there is a wide gap between urban and rural performance evaluation research of sports organizations,and there is a lack of extension research on performance evaluation of sports organizations.4) The enlightenment of the performance evaluation of foreign sports organizations to China mainly includes broadening the scope of domestic research field;improving the research methods of performance evaluation of sports organizations;encouraging cross-disciplinary research into sports;paying more attention to the app
