摘要
针对国内体育组织绩效评估现状,对我国体育组织绩效评估未来的研究提出思考:(1)完善的体育组织人力资源管理系统中需要完善的绩效评估体系;(2)体育组织中的绩效评估层次将向个人绩效评估与组织绩效评估相结合发展;(3)我国体育职业化的发展需要完善的、客观的绩效评估机制来支持。
In view of the status quo of domestic performance assessment, the thesis writers reflect on the future research on the performance assessment of Chinese sports organizations. The conclusions are as follows: the performance assessment research on sports organizations needs to refer to the research findings in other fields so that it can be quickly developed ; perfect personnel management system of sports organizations calls for perfect performance assessment system ; performance assessment of sports organizations will develop towards the combination of personal performance assessment with organizational performance assessment; the development of Chinese sports professionalization needs perfect and objective performance assessment mechanism.
