摘要
噪声是指影响他人正常工作和生活甚至危害他人健康的声音。对于较大规模的声音,比如建筑场地、工厂、交通车辆、日常生活等产生的噪声,因为作用范围更广,破坏力更强,被称为城市噪声,它是目前城市治安治理的最热度话题。所以改变这一声音污染现象是净化城市的必由之路。分析我国控制城市环境噪声污染的应对策略现状,产生环境噪声污染的原因,并提出防治措施。
Noise is the sound that affects the normal work and life of others and even endangers the health of others. For large-scale noise, such as construction sites, factories, traffic vehicles, daily life and so on, because of its wider scope and more destructive power, it is called urban noise, which is the hottest topic of urban public security management at present. So changing this sound pollution phenomenon is the only way to purify the city.This paper analyses the current situation of countermeasures for controlling urban environmental voice pollution in China, the causes of environmental voice pollution, and puts forward prevention and control measures.
