摘要
课例教研作为促进教师专业发展的有效途径,已成为连接教学理论研究和教师实践智慧的桥梁,能更好地促进理论与实践的结合。本文以基于优质课例开展的教学研究为主线,探索优课中的教研智慧。研究从优课教研的关键特点出发,总结出三类目前在优课支持下开展的教研模式,分别有优课支持下的校本教研模式、同课异构教研模式和微视频教研模式,并对三类模式进行优课环境下的对比分析,为日后开展优课教研活动提出建议。
As an effective way to promote teachers’ professional development,course teaching research has become a bridge to connect teaching theory research with teachers’ practical wisdom,which makes it possible to combine teaching theory with teaching practice.This paper focuses on teaching research based on high-quality case studies and explores the wisdom of teaching research in high-quality courses.Based on the key characteristics of the teaching research in high-quality courses,this paper summarizes three types of teaching research modes that are currently supported by the high-quality courses,namely,the school-based teaching research,teaching research of different teaching for the same course,and the micro-video teaching research.The three types of modes are compared and analyzed in order to propose suggestions for carrying out teaching research activities in high-quality courses in the future.
