摘要 动力总成悬置系统对整车NVH性能有着重要影响。基于某车型选用的动力总成悬置系统建立了15自由度模型,并借助ADAMS仿真软件对该悬置系统进行了解耦分析。仿真结果表明:该悬置系统在第1、6阶解耦程度不高,需要进行优化设计;以发动机4个悬置点的衬套刚度和弹性中心点作为设计变量,以第1、6阶解耦度为目标函数进行了仿真优化。优化后结果显示:系统前6阶解耦度均有改善,其中第1、6阶分别提高了21.87%和4.56%。 The powertrain mounting system has an important influence on the performance of the NVH.A fifteen degree of freedom model was established on the basis of the powertrain mounting system selected for a certain type of vehicle.With the help of ADAMS simulation software,the decoupling analysis of the proposed mounting system was carried out.The simulation results show that the decoupling degree of the mounting system is not high in the first and the six order,and it needs to be optimized.The bushing stiffness and elastic center at four mounting points of the engine were taken as design variables,and the first and the six order decoupling degrees were taken as the objective functions to optimize the simulation.The results after optimization show that:the decoupling degree of the first six orders of the system is improved,and the first order and the sixth order are increased by 21.87%and 4.56%,respectively.
