摘要
某CVT车型在D档缓油门加速工况下发动机转速3600rpm附近时车内前排轰鸣噪声明显,影响整车NVH性能。基于"源"-"传递路径"-"响应"的NVH控制思路,应用比利时LMS公司的Test.lab测试软件对该问题进行实验测试分析,采用在车身右前纵梁位置安装动力吸振器,车身前顶棚以及前左右车门内钣金部位粘贴沥青阻尼片的综合优化控制措施,最终使驾驶室内轰鸣噪声由73dB左右降为67dB左右。
A CVT model has obvious booming noise in the front of the car when the engine speed is around 3600 rpm under the acceleration condition of the D-speed throttle, which affects the NVH performance of the vehicle. Based on the NVH control idea of 'source'-'transfer path'-'response', the test.lab test software of Belgian LMS company is used to test and analyze the problem. Adopt the comprehensive optimization control measures of installing dynamic vibration absorber in the right front longitudinal beam of the car body, sticking the asphalt damping piece to the sheet metal in the front roof of the car body and the left and right door of the car body. Finally the booming noise in the cab is reduced from about 73 dB to about 67 dB.
