矾山磷矿切割井中深孔一次成井爆破技术 被引量:6

摘要 矿山中一次爆破成井技术,施工速度快,人工成本低,施工环境安全,成井效率高。在矾山磷矿437m、449m、461m分段施工6条切割井,结合巷道围岩层状结构的状况,设计了爆破孔与空孔相结合的爆破方案,并根据巷道爆破危害控制要求,对炸药量进行了验证。爆破效果显示,该方案具有成井速度快,施工安全高效等优点。 Well drilling once blasting technology in mine, fast construction speed, labor cost is low, construction environment is safe and well completion efficiency is high. Construction of 6 cutting wells in 437m, 449m and 461m sections of Fanshan phosphate rock. Combining with the stratum structure of surrounding rock of roadway, a blasting scheme combining blasting holes with holes is designed, according to the requirement of blasting hazard control in roadway, the quantity of explosive is verified. The blasting effect shows that the scheme has the advantages of fast completion speed, safe and efficient construction, etc.
