摘要
为解决黄山南铜镍矿深部生产系统进度滞后、采矿方法损失贫化大等问题,对该矿深部采矿方法和生产系统进行了优化研究。在矿山开采技术经济特征分析的基础上,研究确定空场嗣后充填采矿法及中深孔分段留矿崩落采矿法;结合矿山生产及工程现状,通过技术经济比较确定了最佳深部开拓方案与深部通风、排水、压气及供水系统,项目工程总投资为9 965.94万元,建成达产后平均净利润为3 951.75万元/年。研究成果对于同类型矿山生产和技改实践具有一定的指导意义。
In order to overcome the problems such as the lagging of production system,as well as large loss and dilution of the mining method,a study on optimization of mining method and production system in deep development of Huangshannan Copper-nickel Mine was carried out.On the basis of the analysis on the characteristics of mining technology and economy,the open stoping with subsequent filling method and medium-deep-hole sublevel shrinkage caving mining method were determined.According to the present situation of mine production and engineering,the best deep development scheme and deep mine ventilation,drainage,compressed air and water supply system were determined through technical and economic comparison.The total investment of the project is 99.659 4 million RMB,and the average net profit after completion is 39.517 5 million RMB/a.The research results have a certain guiding significance for the production and technical transformation practice of the same type of mines.
