摘要
目的:为规范西药房药品管理及药品报损制度,特对某医院门诊西药房药品的报损情况、退药情况进行调查分析,为药品管理提供方向及依据。方法:选取2013年1月至2017年12月门诊西药房药品报损记录及医院与医药公司的退药记录,进行统计分析,比较2013-2017年药品报损率,并分析报损原因。结果:2013-2017年西药房报损率分别为0.1287‰、0.1144‰、0.0975‰、0.0845‰、0.0698‰,均低于0.2‰。破损药品报损率为59.30%,显著高于过期药品报损率21.19%及其他报损率19.51%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=18.050、19.253,P=0.000)。过期药品报损金额与其他原因导致的报损金额比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.024,P=0.876)。结论:药品报损制度的完善及药房管理水平的加强,能有效降低药品的报损率,减少医院的资金损失,促进医院资源的优化配置。
Objectives: To investigate and analyze drug loss and drug return situations in the outpatient dispensary for western medicine of a hospital in order to standardize the drug management and drug loss system of the dispensary for western medicine and provide a direction and basis for drug management.Methods: From January 2013 to December 2017,the drug loss records of the dispensary for western medicine as well the drug return records of the hospital and the pharmaceutical companies were selected and statistically analyzed.Results: From 2013 to 2017,the loss rates of the dispensary for western medicine were 0.1287 ‰,0.1144 ‰,0.0975‰,0.0845 ‰ and 0.0698 ‰,separately,all lower than 0.2 ‰.The loss rate of the damaged drugs was 59.30%,which was significantly higher than those of the expired drugs (21.19%) and others (19.51%),and the differences were statistically significant (χ^2=18.050,19.253,P=0.000).There was no significant difference in the reported amount of money between the expired drugs and others (χ^2=0.024,P=0.876).Conclusions: The improvement of the drug loss system and the strengthening of the pharmacy management level can effectively reduce the drug loss rate,reduce the financial losses of hospitals,and promote the optimal allocation of hospital resources.
