摘要
小柴胡汤出自《伤寒论》,是和解剂之代表方。高德忻在中医临床方面经验丰富,擅用小柴胡汤,根据临床病证特点灵活加减。该文中介绍了头晕、耳鸣、特发性面神经麻痹3个典型病案并作详解,三案虽病症不同,但病机相似,均用小柴胡汤加减取效,彰显了高老宝贵的经验,拓展小柴胡汤的运用思路和范围。
Xiaochaihu decoction,originated from Treatise on Febrile diseases,is the representative of decoction used to relieve Shaoyang diseases.GAO Dexin,has rich experience in clinical of traditional Chinese medicine,is good at using Xiaochaihu decoct ion and is flexible to add or subtract according to the characteristics of clinical symptoms and signs.This article introduces three typical cases of Dizziness,Tinnitus and idiopathic facial partly and explains them in detail.Although the three cases have different symptoms,good results were achieved with Xiaochaihu decoction because of the fact that their pathogenesis is similar.This article highlights the valuable experience of GAO Dexin and expands the thinking and scope of application of Xiaochaihu decoction.
