摘要
论文选取2017年在美国U.S.News排名前十的档案学院校,从培养理念目标、课程设置、师资队伍建设及专业实践四个方面进行了分析。信息科学视野下的美国档案学研究生教育采用"信息科学大背景+档案学专门化"的教育模式,具备创新精神和奉献社会的研究生人才培养观,以及紧密结合信息社会需求的研究生职业素养观。借鉴美国档案学研究生教育经验,我国档案学研究生教育应兼顾信息科学与档案学核心内容,优化课程体系;构建多元化的师资队伍,增进跨学科教师合作;注重开展专业实习和社会实践活动,帮助研究生树立职业规划理念;注重思想道德教育,培养档案学研究生的奉献精神和社会服务价值观。
This article selects the top 10 Best Archives and Preservation Programs Ranked in 2017 on the U.S.News websites.It analyzes the four aspects of training philosophy,objectives,curriculum,teacher team construction and professional practice.From the perspective of information science,the United States's top archives graduate education adopts the educational model of“Information Science Background+Specialization of Archives”,with the spirit of innovation and postgraduate talent cultivation concept of contributing to the society,and the concept of professionalism of postgraduate students closely matching the needs of the information society.Drawing on the experience of American archival education for graduate students,the graduate education in archives in China should take into account the core content of information science and archival science and optimize the curriculum system;build a diverse teaching staff to increase interdisciplinary teacher cooperation;focus on developing professional internships and social practice activities to help The postgraduate students set up the concept of career planning;focus on ideological and moral education,and cultivate the dedication and social service values of graduate students in archives.
