摘要
老旧小区微改造是一项关乎民生福祉与城市品质的长期性和系统性工程。广州作为全国15个老旧小区微改造试点城市之一,理应为推进全国老旧小区微改造提供可复制和可推广的经验。本文总结了当前广州老旧小区微改造工作的主要做法、工作成效以及存在的困难,并提出了推动广州市老旧小区可持续微改造的路径。
The micro-renovation of old residential areas is a long-term and systematic project related to people’s livelihood and urban quality. Guangzhou, as one of the 15 pilot cities of micro-renovation of old residential areas in China, should provide replicable and popularizing experience for promoting the micro-renovation of old residential areas in China. This paper summarizes the main practices, work results and existing difficulties of the current microrenovation work of Guangzhou’s old residential areas, and puts forward the pathway to promote sustainable micro-renovation of Guangzhou’s old residential areas.
