特殊地形下跨海架线施工关键技术探讨

摘要 镇海-舟山500kV线路工程(镇舟线副跨)跨海架线施工具有跨越档距长、展放工艺复杂、紧线张力大、海岛地形及施工条件恶劣等特点。通过计算论证,选择了有针对性的跨海段导引绳展放、张力放线、紧线和挂线等施工方法,并配备了相应安全且能够满足施工要求的施工机械设备和工器具,按照工期要求顺利完成跨海架线施工,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。本文对上述施工的关键技术进行了介绍。 The sea-crossing overhead construction of Zhenhai-Zhoushan 500 kilovolt line project (Zhenzhou Line Subspan) has the characteristics of long span,complex deployment technology,high tension of tightening line,bad island topography and construction conditions.Through calculation and demonstration,the construction methods of guiding rope spreading,tension laying, tightening and hanging up are selected,and the corresponding safety construction machinery and equipment are equipped,which can meet the construction requirements.The construction of cross-sea overhead line is completed smoothly according to the requirements of the construction period,and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.In this paper,the key technologies of the above construction are introduced.
