摘要
构建了基于海拉瓦技术的输电线路现场施工技术应用平台,介绍了系统平台的实现原理、关键技术及指标和主要功能,开发了基于海拉瓦技术的输电线路工程建设过程的数字档案系统。研究成果在1000kV晋东南-南阳-荆门特高压交流试验示范工程的施工招投标线路调查、基础施工、组塔施工、架线及附件安装施工阶段得以应用,为特高压交流试验示范工程的线路施工方案设计、施工组织和管理提供了有效的技术支持,提高了线路施工管理的科技含量和施工效率。
In this paper, an application platform for Helava technique based on-site construction of UHVAC transmission line is built. The implementation principle, key technology indices and main functions of system platform are presented; and a digital archives system for Helava technique based construction process of UHVAC transmission line is developed. The research results have been applied in the transmission line investigation for the biddings of 1000kV UHVAC pilot project form Southeast Shanxi via Nanyang to Jingmen, as well as in different stages such as foundation construction, tower assembling and erection, line stringing and accessory installation and construction. The results of this research offer effective technological support for the design of transmission line construction scheme, construction organization and management of UHVAC pilot project, thus both technoligical level and construction efficiency are improved.
