摘要
在构建大学生职业核心能力培养体系过程中实现与思想政治教育的有机融合,是推进思想政治教育落地化的有效举措,能够避免思想政治教育与现实脱节,不断提升思想政治教育的实效性。着眼于大学职业核心能力培养这一维度,进一步明确思想政治教育内涵,剖析思想政治教育工作中存在的问题,从观念、内容和方法上探讨提升思想政治教育在大学生职业核心能力培养中的实效性路径。
The organic integration of ideological and political education in the process of constructing the professional core competence training system of college students is an effective measure to promote the landing of ideological and political education. It can avoid the disconnection between ideological and political education and reality, and continuously improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Focusing on the dimension of universities’professional core competence training, further clarifying the connotation of ideological and political education, analyzing the problems existing in ideological and political education, and discussing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students’professional core competence from the perspectives of concepts, contents and methods.
