微课在骨科护理学见习课堂的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究微课在骨科护理学见习课堂的应用方法与应用效果。方法根据昆明医科大学《外科护理学》教学大纲,采用摄像、PPT、网络教学视频资源等制作微课视频。抽取昆明医科大学第二附属医院骨科护理学临床见习本科学生150名,根据随机原则分成两组,实验组75名,采用传统教学方式与微课相结合的教学方法进行临床见习授课,对照组75名,采用传统见习教学方式进行授课。通过课堂理论考核、小组讨论成绩及问卷调查的方法,分析两种授课方式的授课效果。结果实验组护生在理论考核、小组讨论成绩得分方面均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护生对于骨科护理学教学效果反馈明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护生对于骨科护理学教学的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理学见习课程带教过程中,采取微课与传统教学方式相结合的教学模式能够取得更好的教学效果,学生的专业知识、学习能力及效率、学习兴趣和启发性思维能力均能够得到有效提升,学生对于微课辅助教学模式的认可度比较高,对教学的满意度得到较大提升,是一种较为理想的临床见习教学方式,具有较高的临床教学应用价值。 Objective To study the application methods and application effects of micro-courses in the orthopedic nursing class. Methods According to the syllabus of "Surgical Nursing" of Kunming Medical University, video recording, PPT, and online teaching video resources are used to produce micro-course videos. 150 undergraduate students in the Department of Orthopaedics Nursing of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were selected. According to the random principle, the two groups were divided into two groups. The experimental group consisted of 75 students. The teaching method was combined with the traditional teaching method and the micro-course to teach clinically, and the control group was 75. The traditional trainee teaching method was used for teaching. Through the classroom theory assessment, group discussion results and questionnaire survey methods, the teaching effects of the two teaching methods are analyzed. Results The scores of the experimental group and the group discussion were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The feedback of the experimental group on the teaching effect of orthopedic nursing was significantly better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the nursing students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of teaching the orthopedic nursing course, the combination of micro-course and traditional teaching mode can achieve better teaching results, students' professional knowledge, learning ability and efficiency, learning interest and enlightening thinking ability. All of them can be effectively improved. The students' recognition of the micro-class auxiliary teaching mode is relatively high, and the satisfaction of teaching is greatly improved.
