摘要
目的分析两种不同方法治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法选取马鞍山市妇幼保健院2017年1月～2018年3月收治的270例老年性阴道炎患者,按随机数表法分为A组与B组各135例。A组患者采用甲硝唑与乳酸菌治疗,B组患者采用甲硝唑与雌三醇治疗,治疗结束后比较两组患者治疗效果、阴道健康评分、阴道炎症状评分、PH、乳酸菌数、复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 A组与B组治疗总有效率组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后两组患者阴道健康评分、阴道炎症状评分、PH及乳酸菌数均显著改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后6个月时,A组阴道健康评分与乳酸菌数低于B组,阴道炎症状评分与PH高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后3及6个月时A组复发率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗过程中,A组患者共发生7例不良反应,B组患者共发生5例不良反应,两组患者均无严重不良反应发生,不良反应发生率组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论甲硝唑联合雌三醇或乳酸菌对老年性阴道炎均有较好疗效,但甲硝唑联合雌三醇复发率较低。
Objective To investigate the effect of two different therapies on senile vaginitis. Methods 270 cases of senile vaginitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were chosen as experimental subjects,and were divided into group A and group B by random number table. Group A was treated with metronidazole and lactobacillus,while group B was treated with metronidazole and estriol,after treatment,the therapeutic effect,vaginal health score,inflammatory score,PH,lactobacillus count,recurrence and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate(P > 0.05). After treatment,the vaginal health score,vaginitis symptoms score,PH and Lactobacillus count of the two groups were significantly improved,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 6 months after treatment,the vaginal health score and Lactobacillus count in group A were lower than those in group B,and the inflammatory score and PH were higher than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The recurrence rate of group A was higher than that of group B at 3 months and 6 months after treatment(P < 0.05). In the course of treatment,there were 7 adverse reactions in group A and 5 in group B. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Metronidazole combined with estriol or lactobacillus has better curative effect on senile vaginitis,but the recurrence rate of metronidazole combined with estriol is low.
