摘要
医院实施财务经营助理制度是有效发挥财务管理服务职能的重要举措,对降低临床科室运营成本、提高医院整体运营效率、提升医院决策和制度执行力起到了积极推动作用。为进一步完善财务经营助理制度,通过SWOT分析法,全面深入地分析医院开展财务经营助理工作的自身优势(S)、自身劣势(W)、发展机会(O)和外部威胁(T),对医院财务经营助理工作的现状进行客观评价。医院应通过健全工作机制、建立人才储备库、加强系统培训、搭建管理服务咨询平台、改造信息管理系统、制定相关工作考核奖励办法等措施,进一步完善医院财务经营助理制度。
The assistant system for financial operation in hospital is an important measure to give play effectively the function of financial management and service, and has the active driving effect to decrease the cost of operation in clinical departments, improve the general operation efficiency of the hospital as a whole, and improve the decision-making and execution power of the hospital. In order to further complete the assistant system of financial operation, using the SWOT analytical method, this thesis analyzes deeply and comprehensively the assistant work of financial operation in the hospitals through the strength (S), the weakness(W), the opportunity (O), and the threat (T), and makes object evaluation on the current situation of assistant work for financial operation in the hospital. The hospital should further complete its assistant system for financial operation through the following measures: complete the work mechanism, set up the storage of talents, strengthen systematic training, build the platform for management service consulting, transform the information management system, and make relevant job rating and award methods etc.
