摘要
注重效率指标,注重过程管理,这是时下许多医院管理者日益形成的一个管理共识。我院本着"把时间还给医生,把医生还给病人"的宗旨,逐步开展了专科经营助理制度。利用信息化等手段,不断完善经营核算体系,强化科室、病区的经济管理意识,提高增收节支能力,实现了资源效益的最大化。
