摘要
在分析化学中,检出限(DL)、定量下限(QL)和最低定量浓度是判定分析方法的重要性能指标。阐述了各项性能指标的概念和确定方法,及其在职业卫生检测中的应用。在实际职业卫生检测过程中,检测结果报告应当以定量指标表征,使得检测报告更加合理和科学。初步讨论了检出限、定量下限和最低定量浓度之间的关系与区别,对实际检测工作具有一定的指导意义。
In analytical chemistry,detection limit,quantitation limit and minimum quantitation concentration are important indexes to determine analytical methods.The definitions and measurement methods of DL,QL and minimum quantitation concentration were reviewed,and the applications of DL,QL and minimum quantitation concentration in occupational hygiene monitoring were illustrated.To have a more reasonable and scientific inspection report,the detection results should be characterized by the quantitative indexes in the monitoring of occupational health work.The relations and differences among DL,QL and minimum quantitation were discussed,which would have instructional significance for the actual detection work.
