摘要
目的:探讨为早产儿使用深度水解蛋白配方奶及早产儿配方奶进行喂养对其短期内生长发育的影响。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年7月期间四川省凉山彝族自治州妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的100例早产儿作为研究对象。将这些研究对象平均分为对照组和观察组。为对照组早产儿进行母乳喂养。为观察组早产儿使用深度水解蛋白配方奶及早产儿配方奶进行喂养。然后,比较两组早产儿生长发育的情况及并发症的发生率。结果:接受喂养后,两组早产儿胎粪排空的时间、达到正常出生体重的时间、体重达到2kg的时间、达到全肠道喂养的时间、在出生后的第4周其身长及头围的数值、其早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)的发生率、其支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的发生率及颅内出血的发生率相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组早产儿院内感染、喂养不耐受及新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的发生率均高于对照组早产儿(P <0.05)。结论:为早产儿使用深度水解蛋白配方奶及早产儿配方奶进行喂养不会影响其短期内的生长发育。
Objective:To investigate the effect of feeding preterm infants with deep hydrolyzed protein formula and preterm infant formula on their short-term growth and development.Methods:100 premature infants admitted to the maternal and child health and family planning service center of liangshan yi autonomous prefecture,sichuan province from August 2017 to July 2018 were selected as research objects.The subjects were divided into control and observation groups.A control group of premature infants were breastfed.For the observation group,the preterm infants were fed with formula of deep hydrolyzed protein and formula of preterm infants.Then,the growth and development of the two groups of premature infants and the incidence of complications were compared.Results:after feeding,the two groups of premature meconium to emptying time,the time of normal birth weight,weight 2 kg,to reach full enteral feeding time,4 weeks after birth,its body length and head circumference value,the incidence of premature retinopathy(ROP),the incidence of bronchial pulmonary dysplasia(BPD)and compared the incidence of intracranial hemorrhage,there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the observation group premature hospital infections,feeding intolerance and the incidence of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis were higher than control group in premature infants(P<0.05).Conclusion:the feeding of preterm infants with deep hydrolyzed protein formula and preterm infant formula will not affect their growth and development in the short term.
