摘要 绝缘电阻检测在纯电动车检验检测过程中至关重要,为了保障纯电动车的正常安全使用,必须对在用纯电动车的绝缘情况进行正确的检验检测,以保证电池组正负极对地的绝缘电阻数值处于合理的范围之内。本文采用解方程思想设计了一种基于单片机控制的绝缘电阻测试系统,经过试验表明系统测试精度良好,有效地实现了系统的绝缘电阻测试功能。 Insulation resistance detection is very important in the process of pure electric vehicle inspection and detection. In order to ensure the normal and safe use of pure electric vehicles, it is necessary to correctly test the insulation of pure electric vehicles in use so as to ensure that the value of insulation resistance between positive and negative poles of battery packs to the ground is within a reasonable range. In this paper, an insulation resistance testing system based on single-chip computer is designed by using the idea of solving equation. The test results show that the system has good testing accuracy and effectively realizes the insulation resistance testing function of the system.
