摘要
在燃料电池冷却系统中,冷却液直接与高压电接触,为保证高压安全,必须确保冷却系统具备高绝缘阻值。文章针对燃料电池冷却系统,分析了燃料电池冷却系统可能存在的漏电部件,旨在提升燃料电池冷却系统的绝缘性能。通过对燃料电池冷却系统中的中冷器与板式换热器设计绝缘保护,有效降低了冷却系统中的漏电风险,较好地提升了燃料电池系统的高压安全性能,为今后燃料电池冷却回路设计提供参考,更好地保护人身安全。
In a fuel cell cooling system,the coolant is in direct contact with high-voltage electricity.To ensure high-voltage safety,it is necessary to ensure that the cooling system has a high insulation resistance value.This article analyzes the possible leakage components in the fuel cell cooling system in order to improve the insulation performance of the fuel electric cooling system.By designing insulation protection for the intercooler and plate heat exchanger in the fuel cell cooling system,the possibility of leakage in the cooling system is eliminated,and the high-voltage safety performance of the fuel cell system is well improved,providing a reference for future fuel cell cooling circuit design,better protect personal safety.
