摘要
我国城市基层社会治理模式历经变迁,政府主导型社区自治模式仍是当前及今后相当长一段时期我国城市社区治理的基本模式,这一模式的存在有一定的必然性和合理性。然而从长远来看,城市社区居民自治是社区治理模式的未来发展方向,所以在这一渐进过渡阶段,我们应借鉴国外城市社区治理的实践经验,对当前政府主导型的社区治理模式进行调整,进行符合中国国情的改良和创新。
The model of urban grass-roots social governance in China has undergone great changes, Government-led Community Autonomy is still the basic model of urban community governance in China at present and in the future for a long period of time. The existence of this model has certain inevitability and rationality. However, in the long run, the autonomy of urban community residents is the future development direction of community governance model. So at this stage of gradual transition, we should learn from the advanced practical experience of foreign urban community governance, adjust the current Government-led community governance model, and improve and innovate it in line with China's national conditions.
