新高考背景下“选课走班”问题研究 被引量:2

On the Course and Class Selection in the Context of the New College Entrance Examination

摘要 通过访谈法调查宁波市6所高中,对新高考背景下高中学生"选课走班"过程中存在的问题进行梳理。调查发现各校在"选课走班"过程中普遍存在教学模式形式化问题,"选课走班"管理机制与学生选课需求的冲突、教师资源匹配的矛盾以及学生管理的单一手段弊端较为明显,同时略显滞后的新技术手段保障和应用给走班制的顺利推行造成了阻碍。针对这些问题,笔者提出:首先要从思想观念上入手,不断更新教育教学理念,推进"选课走班"的内涵式发展;其次在教师层面,需加强教师专业能力的培养,尝试教师"兼课"机制和导师制;最后从学校角度考虑,要不断完善学校功能布局,利用新技术手段保障"选课走班"教学顺利开展。 This article conducted an interview in six high schools of Ningbo City to look at the existing problems with students’ course and class selection in the context of the new college entrance examination, such as the formalism in the teaching mode, conflicting management against students' demand for course selection, inadequate faculty resources, disadvantaged single means, insufficient application of new technology. To address these problems, it examined the strategies of constantly updating the education and teaching concept, promoting the connotative development of class selection, as well as strengthening the cultivation of teachers' professional capabilities, piloting the "part-time teaching" mechanism and tutorial system, and improving the schools' functional layout and technology upgrade to ensure the smooth teaching advance of class selection.
