促排卵汤对多囊卵巢综合征患者血清淀粉样蛋白P、脂肪因子与白介素-18的影响研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探究促排卵汤对多囊卵巢综合征患者血清淀粉样蛋白P(SAP)、脂肪因子(Apelin)与白细胞介素-18(IL-18)的影响。方法:选取98例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,将患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组采用氯米芬治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予促排卵汤治疗。比较两组患者促性腺激素、IL-18、SAP、AST、尿素氮、血肌酐、临床疗效。结果:治疗前观察组和对照组患者的血清IL-18、LH、FSH、E_2、T水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的血清IL-18、LH、E_2水平较治疗前均降低,FSH水平升高,且观察组患者变化程度较对照组患者显著(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组和对照组患者的血清SAP、AST、尿素氮、血肌酐、Apelin水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组和对照组患者的血清AST、尿素氮、血肌酐水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后血清SAP、Apelin较治疗前均降低,且观察组患者变化程度较对照组患者显著(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组和对照组患者的临床总有效率分别为87.74%和71.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征患者经促排卵汤治疗较单纯使用氯米芬治疗能显著改善促性腺激素的分泌,降低血清SAP、Apelin与IL-18水平,改善临床疗效。 Objective:To explore the effect of Cupailuan decoction on serum amyloid P(SAP),Apelin and interleukin-18(IL-18)in women with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:A total of 98 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(pcos)were selected as study objects.The control group was treated with clomiphene,and the observation group was treated with Cupailuan decoction.The clinical efficacy of gonadotropin,il-18,SAP,AST,urea nitrogen,blood creatinine and serum were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in serum il-18,LH,FSH,E 2 and T levels between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,serum il-18,LH and E 2 levels of the two groups were decreased and FSH levels were increased compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum SAP,AST,urea nitrogen,creatinine and Apelin levels between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum AST,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,serum SAP and Apelin decreased compared with before treatment,and the change degree of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total clinical efficiency of the observation group and the control group was 87.74%and 71.42%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with clomiphene alone,the treatment of Cupailuan decoction can significantly improve the secretion of gonadotropin,reduce the level of serum SAP,Apelin and il-18,and improve the clinical efficacy,which can be further promoted and used.
